A short programme of events was then held.

The results were as follows:— 50yds Club Race.—A. Hepburn, 1; G. Bell. 2: J. Newport, 3. 50yds Inter-club Handicap.—J. deland (Petone). l; C. Jones (Worser Bay), 2; G. Bel] (Worser Bay), 3. Beach Relay.—V. L. Allan, T. Mercer, G. Bell, and T. Rowell, 1. A team from the Worser Bay Club gave a demonstration of life-saving. Afternoon tea was afterwards served.
