RAILWAY WORKER'S DEATH

DUNEDIN, December 1.
David Andrew Tait, aged 27, a married man, met death in a curious manner at an early hour on Saturday morning. He was employed as a casual worker on the railway deviation at Puketeraki, and in some manner his head was caught between the sliding door of one of the bins carrying spoil and a beam, with.the result that his neck was broken and his skull fractured. His relatives live at Gore.
