(Received November 30. 2.30 p.m.) ROME, November 29. On the eve of the vital Cabinet meeting 50,000 n.c.o.s and men of the military police have been called to the colours. Four transports carrying 7668 soldiers passed through Suez Canal bound for Abyssinia, and 2231 men returned during the past week.
