HONOUR IN SYDNEY

The Students' Group exhibition to be held shortly by the Julian Ashton School of Art in Sydney will contain three landscapes by a New Zealand artist, Miss Ethel Jones, of Wellington, and formerly of Auckland, who has been requested by Mr. Ashton to send over some of her work (states the "New Zealand Herald"). This is the first time that any student in New Zealand has been offered an opportuntiy of exhibiting a collection of work by all students of the various art schools in Sydney. The exhibition will be opened by Lady Hore-Ruthven, wife of Lord Hore-Ruthveh, Governor of Now South Wales, and Governor-General-desiguate of Australia,
