VISIT OF KING AND QUEEN

Three days before leaving for Sandringham and three days prior lo the birth of the little Prince, the King drove alone to 3 Belgrave Square' to see the Duchess of Kent and to take tea with her.
Within half an hour o£ Ihcir return from Sandvingham this week, the King and Queen went to see the Duchess and their new grandson, then exactly two weeks of age. The King and Queen were with the baby for more than half an hour, nnrt they then snw the Duchess, who lias made excellent progress. After taking tea v.-ilh Ihe Duke, their Majesties returned to Buckingham Pnlaoe.
The Duke and Duchess of JOnl have, taken Adsdenn, l.orrl Louis Mountbatten's house, near Cliicheslrr, a-; a country resident for Ihe winler. They do nol propose lo remain there all' the time, bul to come and j;o as en;;a!,"menls require. The Prince and Princess Nicholas of Greece arc to slay at H Belgrave Square.
