SWORDS AND PLOUGHS
Paraguayan military arsenals, after three strenuous years of supplying the army in its recently-ended war With Bolivia, have been put to work making plough shares. The Defence Ministry has announced that army and navy arsenals will devote their major attention to making ploughs. Five hun^ dred will be the first objective. The! plough campaign is a part of th« Government's drive to modernise back-1 woods farms and-stimulate production' to rebuild Paraguay's war-battered economy. .:
