OLD CONTEMPTIBLES

The monthly meeting of the Wellington branch of the Old Contemptibles' Association was well attended, and good progress was shown by the various committees. The principal business concerned social activities, and the details of a social and dance to be held in the Allen Street Hall on Saturday were completed. This is Iho second one to be held, and theproceeds will be allocated to the children's Christmas fund. Members from all kindred organisations will be welcomed.
