PROGRESS OF THE RACE
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) FEELDING, This Day. The Methodist Synod, which is sitting here this week, adopted a statement, dealing with birth control as follows:-"That we call the attention of our people to the declining birthrate, which is greatest in the bestendowed classes of citizens; we urge wrL , jO?r> Privileee' responsibility ol parentage should not be evaded by healthy married people for their own enrichment. The progress of the race is the fulfilment of the Creator's purpose."
