A TRIBUTE
A tribute to the Hon. S. G. Smith's administration of the unemployment policy was paid by Mr. W. Appleton, Independent candidate for Otaki, when speaking at Khandallah last night. "I will say this for the Minister," he remarked, "he is the best man they have had on the job. He docs a good job of work, and you can get somewhere with him."
