AWAITING TRIAL AT BRIXTON LONDON, November 19. Dr. Gortz, the German who has been arrested on a charge of espionage, is at present at Brixton Prison await? ing trial. He and his girl companion were well known at Broadstairs, where they rented a furnished house. Both frequently rode a motor-cycle, the doctor usually on the pillion, and attracted attention by both wearing heavy aviation coats and helmets. A young aircraftman with whom the girl first struck up friendship first saw her riding thus past, his mother's house daily.
