LABOUR CARNIVAL RESULT
Following is the result of the Wellington Labour Party's queen carnival which commenced early in October and terminated last evening:—
Suburbs (Miss Eda Hcning), 29,723 votes; Central (Miss Mavis Jeffries'), 24,750; North (Miss Minnie Walton), 24.384; South 'Miss Jessie MeKoerO, 24.000; East 'Miss Iryn Tucker), 20,990. The crowning of the sufccssfi.il candidate (Miss Honing) will take place at n fiance which is In 1,-ikr> pl:ice after the Gerifi-n! El/Ttinn.
