FLOODS IN ENGLAND

WEATHER IMPROVES

RELIEF IN CONSEQUENCE

(British Official Wireless.) (Received November 20, 11.15 a.m.) RUGBY, November 19. The weather is fair today, with no rain, and the anxiety caused in the flooded areas of England is in consequence to some extent relieved. The flooding is still serious, however, in many parts of the country, notably in the valleys of the Medway in Kent, the Avon in Hampshire, and the Don in Yorkshire. In Bath, Somerset, lowlying parts of the. town suffered severely, and in Leicestershire and other counties several villages are still isolated. '
