| The sum of £11,000 was distributed in stakes over the four days' racing at the Canterbury Jockey Club's Metropolitan Meeting last week, the principal winner being Sir Charles Clifford with £1450, mostly earned by Fracas, Wild Chase, and Paper Slipper. Mr. R. J. Murphy was next with £1175, due to the efforts of Cuddle. Messrs. T. J. and P. A. O'Neill, owners of Lowenberg, were third on the list with £740. The complete list is as follows:— £.
