SYDNEY, November 19. At the wool sales, 12,640 bales were offered, 12,044 being sold at auction and 1998 privately. The market was fully firm under strong competition from the Continent, Japan, and Yorkshire. A special feature was the demand for all wellgrown descriptions. Greasy merino sold to 26gd, equalling the Sydney record for the season.
