CAIRO STUDENT'S FUNERAL 1
NO DISTURBANCE

CAIRO, November 19.
Thirty thousand people, including the Wafd leader, Nahas Pasha, university professors, schoolgirls, nurses, and 10,000 students, attended the funeral of the student who was shot in selfdefence during the Independence Day riots by Bimbashi Lees, a New Zealander, on November 13. The procession was very impressive and without disorder, following the Government's announcement that a public funeral would be permitted provided no stick* were carried.
