Results of matches played in th« . Upper Hutt Cricket League competitions on Saturday are as follows:— Training Depot A won outright from Trenthatn. Training Depot B beat Ordnance by five wickets.St. Joseph's, 93 and 64 for three (Travers 37 not out, Tohill 20, Morton 20) defeated Upper Hutt, 55 and S8 (Neighbours 27, Douglas 20, Hewitt 17 not out), by seven wickets. Bowling for St. Joseph's, Travers took five wickets for 16, R. Skerton three for 14. Allen three for 31. For Upper Hutt, Williams took four for 4. Methodist, 117 (Golding 41, N. McCarthy 38) and 68 (Wright 23 x*> tired) defeated Colts, 48 (Smith 21 n*=« out) and 96 (Auckram 22, Irvine 22) by eight wickets. Bowling for Methodist, McKay took five for 11. For Colts Auckram took seven for 32 and four for 24. - University, 219 (Camp 75, Wild 62. Porteous 28), beat Onslow. 32 and 49----(JefTs 16, I. McKay 12, Hooper 11). Bowling for Onslow, Jeffs took four for 25, F. Taylor one for 21, Frazer one for 39,1. McKay one for 38, Hooper one for 26; for University, Porteous took one for 8, Camp four for 16 and four for 27, Roberts four for 2 and four for 16, Phillips one for 8.
