CONTRACTOR'S BANKRUPTCY
There were no creditors present at the meeting called yesterday to discuss the affairs of Ernest. Rough, a shingle contractor, of Kilbirnie, and the Official Assignee (Mr. G. Tahsley) adjourned the meeting sine die. In his statement, bankrupt placed unsecured creditors at £429 14s lOd. Assets were nil. Questioned by the Official Assignee, Rough said he was now working and receiving £5 a week. His wife was in hospital and had been there for some time. Mr. J. J. Mcllish appeared for Rough.
