RUGBY, November 9.
The conversations between the British and Italian naval experts on technical problems preliminary to the meeting of the naval conference arranged for December 5 concluded yesterday after three meetings, which were sufficient to complete the business. The Italian expert's will return to Italy almost immediately.
The United Slates Government has sent an official acceptance of the invitation to the conference. Other signatories of the Washington and London Naval Treaties who have accepted are Japan, France. Australia. New Zealand, South Africa, and India.
