The final of the Bree Cup between B. Stratmore and F. Page was played on the Manor Park links during the weekend and resulted in all-square,, a replay being necessary. Stratmore, playing sound golf, was 2up at the turn. From then on faultless golf was played by both Page and Stratmore, Page sinking a four-foot putt on the home green for a birdie 4 to square the game. Other games resulted as under:— E. Buller and H. Dykes won the final ot the two-life fourball, beating V. Hay and J. Mills.
