There will.be a lull in the General Election, campaign tomorrow owing to Armistice Day. The -speeches "will reach a climax on Tuesday. ■ .
West End hotels, - restaurants, and •slubs intend to make ,the most of. election night. Some' have .obtained an extension of their: licences uritil'2 a;m. on Friday, and' have/ arranged';for an' alternation .'• of. cabaret turns; and election; results. The • Savoy Restaurant has arranged a model .of Big.Ben.with; ladders iap ■which effigies of the party leaders will mount as Ihe results arrive.'
