(Received November 7, 11 a.m.)

LONDON, November 6.

After the Melbourne centenary air race to Australia the aviator Cathcart Jones wrote a book which his co-pilot, Mr. Kenneth Waller, considered reflected on his courage and capacity as a pilot, and Waller brought a libel action.
