MARRIED FOR 72 YEARS
It is claimed by Mr. and Mrs. James Hills, of St. Mary's Road, Faversham, Kent, that they have been married longer than any other couple in Brit-
am. They recently celebrated the seventy-second anniversary of their wedding, which took place at Marylebone in 1863. Mr. Hills is ninety-three and his wife ninety-two, and both are in the best of health. They were both born in Faversham. For sixty years Mr. Hills worked on the railway. They have five sons and three daughters. I Their eldest son is seventy years of age, but he is still "my lad" to his father.
