CATALINA TO WRESTLE HERE.

Tony Catalina, "the well-built and active Italo-American wrestler, has created a very favourable impression in the matches of his New Zealand tour, and Wellington enthusiasts will welcome the opportunity of seeing him in action against Ole ' Andresen on Monday night. In the United States Catalina has mixed with the leading figures in the game, and one of the men with whom he has had workouts is Dan O'Mahoney, the Irishman who recently annexed the world title. O'Mahoney's specialty is what is known as the "Irish whip," and, although Catalina does not claim to have mastered this devastating hold, he has effected a variation of it which he has found extremely effective. Another of Catalina's favourite attacking grips is a Japanese chin-lock. Andresen, the man with the "educated" legs, is a popular favourite here and can be relied-upon to play his part in an entertaining bout. Particulars are advertised.
