APPEAL FOE FINANCE
ABYSSINIAN NOTE TO LEAGUE
GENEVA, November 2.
Abyssinia has sent a Note to the League appealing for financial assistance and recalling that the Assembly in 1930 approved a draft international convention for members of the League to assist a co-member in the event of a threat of war.
