On Saturday at Heretaunga D. O. Whyte and P. W. Blundell and E. S. Toogood and D. M. Young tied in the fourball bogey competition for the William Herbert Salver, 6 up. On the count back Whyte and Blundell won. The following are the results of the Wellington Golf Club's qualifying rounds for the senior championship:— E. S. Toodgood 74, 74—148; D. O.
