DUTCH FIRM TO OPERATE

LONDON, November 3.
The correspondent of "The Times" at The Hague states that Mr. Plesman, general manager of the4 X.L.M. Company, announced on his return from America that he had arranged for X.L.M. to operate the air route between Manila and Sourabaya, while the Americans will fly from Manila to San Francisco. A joint service from San Francisco to Sourabaya will commence this month, though the Dutch section will be inaugurated later.
