SEAMAN TAKES ILL
TO BE LANDED AT SYDNEY

SYDNEY, This Day.
The Eastern Extension Telegraph Company^ ship Recorder will put into Sydney today in order to land a member of the crew who is believed to be suffering from appendicitis.
The Recorder has been engaged in cable repair work between New South Wales and New Zealand. She was travelling direct from Auckland to Melbourne when the seaman became ill.
