KENYA RESTRICTION
ITALIAN SHIP SHORT-LOADED
(Received October 21, 1 p.m.) MOMBASA, October 20. In accordance with British instructions and in conformity with international rules of neutrality apart from sanctions, the Kenya Government has j ordered the Italian steamer Sursum Corda, which it was anticipated would load one thousand tons of coal, to sail Within twenty-four hours, taking only 125 tons., sufficient to enable her to reach Italian Somaliland. •* ,
