COOPER—TAYLOR.
The wedding was solemnised at the Baptist Church, Lower Hutt, on Saturday, of Patricia, daughter of Mrs. Z X Taylor and the late Mr. Taylor, Petone, and Leonard, son of Mr. and Mrs. P. Cooper, Kutt Road, Petone. The Rev. Mr. Wood, Baptist Church, Petone, officiated.
The bride, who was escorted by Mrs Taylor, wore a trained gowi. of white chiffon' velvet, cut on graceful lines with long, tight-fitting sleeves. Her veil was held with a circlet of orange blossom, and she carried a shower bouquet of spring flowers. The six little flower girls were all nieces and cousins of the bride and bridegroom— Alhleen Haigh. Dawn Carney. Pauline Lange, Margaret Lyttle (Maslerton) Olga Jacobson. and Winsome Ayres. Two wore dresses of lavender satin! two green satin, and two pink. • They carried little posies to match. The best man. was Mr. J. Taylor
I (brother of the bride), Mr. Thorns j and Mr. McKenzie acting as ushers. j The reception was held at the home ;of the bride's mother, 286 Waterloo 1 Road, Lower Hult. The guests were [received by-Mrs. Taylor, who wore a 11 brown floral crepe de chene ensemble E j with hat to match. The bridegroom's ; j mother wore a brown silk frock and straw, hat. ' When Mr. and Mrs. L. P. Cooper left E for a four, Mrs. Cooper was wearing i a glass-blown fawn and brown ensemble with a pretty hat to match:
