A COLLEGE DANCE
A very enjoyable dance was held recently by the masters and prefects of Rongotai College. The hall was gaily decorated with brightly-coloured flags and lights, which, in defiance of the unfortunately unfavourable •weather, produced an atmosphere of cheeriness and -warmth.
An excellent supper was served under the supervision of several of the prefects' mothers and friends. The orchestra provided lively music, and Messrs. Rait and Martin played a pianoforte duet as an extra dance item. Mr. A. J. Heron officiated as M.C. College masters present were Messrs. Heron, Fathers, Farquhar, and Tier.
