"Herewith I pronounce a final interdict on nigger jazz in the whole o£ German wireless," said Herr Eugen Hadamoysky, the Reisch- broadcasting leader, in addressing a conference of radio directors, reports the Munich correspondent of "The Times.'' • The prohibition merely standardises recent developments, but while Nazi antagonism to jazz hitherto has been based on the allegation that it expresses the primitive culture of an inferior race, Herr Hadamovsky. denounced it as Jewish, although the reasons are. not specified: : ; : A censorship has been established for the examination of German dance music in order to eliminate even "dif ' guised jazz." :.:'
