ITALIANS REFUSED
(Keceived October 9,11.10 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, October 8. The possibility of sanctions was the reason given for a boot factory at Nymegen refusing an order to supply the Italian army with 500,000 pairs of "boots. ' .
