PROFITS IN CREMATION.
Net profit of £1022, or £129 less than for 1933-34, was made by the New South Wales Cremation Co.;- Ltd., Syd-ney,-in the twelve months ended June 30 last: Dividends-on preference and ordinary shares are at the previous rate of 8 per cent, for the year. Paidup capital of thecompany is .'£10,995. The report shows that cremalions at Hookwood Cemetery, where the company has a 99 years' lease of four acres of land, were 1166; at Eyde, 765, and at'Wororiora_247.
