FILMS OF TESTS
Arrangements for the screening of its films of the Test matches between India and New Zealand have been made by the Wellington Hockey Association.. Applications for screenings of the films have been received from Canterbury, Waikato, and, Manawatu, and it is anticipated that there will be applications from other districts. The association has rightly decided ' that local clubs should be considered before associations outside Wellington. It has arranged to give a screening to all players in a public hail:.at a small charge before hiring out the films to clubs.. The screening-arranged-by the
association is to be held on August 22. It has been decided to make a charge for the use of the films to clubs but to allow free use to schools, the schools' sub association to. arrange the screenings. ■ ' A "tribute to the enterprise of the W.H.A. in obtaining seven hundred feet of slow-motion, film taken at the first and second Test matches is paid by "The Bulletin." The W.H.A. will be pleased to lend these films out to any association providing that a proportion of the cost is paid.
