" A sequel to an accident on the Silyerstream road shortly before ' midnight on Saturday when a-; motor-car driven by James Arthur " Hogg, a motor-driver, of "Welling- ": ton, struck a telegraph pole, was r heard in the Upper Hutt Court this afternoon. Hogg appeared before Messrs.. A. J. iilcCurdy and W. Grieg, J.P.s, charged with being intoxicated in charge of a car. The. defendant, who was represented by Mr. A. J.
