.'The Borough Inspector (Mr. G. A. Booth) reported to the meeting of the Petone Borough Council last evening that 75 drivers' licences,^were issued during July. Thirteen* new drivers were tested and certificates issued as competent. General attention was still being paid to cyclists without lights.
