INTERPROVINCIAL MATCH
A decision to postpone the table tennis match between Wanganui and Wellington because of the inability of the Wanganui women's team to make the trip was reversed when advice was received on Saturday that the Wanganui men's team wanted to keep to the original fixture. An interprovincial match was played on Saturday evening, and although a number of the individual games produced keen play, the Wellington players were definitely superior in both singles and doubles.
