DOG AND MASTER GASSED

Bobs, the inseparable canine i friend of Mr. Karl Barkham, a Southampton marine engineer, is thought'to have been the cause of his master's death, which occurred recently from gas poisoning. Mr. Barkham was found dying in his bed, and the theory is that Bobs, who always slept in his master's room, became restless during the night and in some way disconnected the tubing from the gas stove. The dog was dead when the discovery was made.
