BRISBANE, July 9. Bountiful rain has fallen during the last few days. Crop prospects are excellent and the outlook for pastoralists much brighter. i PERTH, July 9. Splendid rains have fallen throughout the whieat belt, and relief has also been afforded pastoral districts.
