LEVIES ON THE WEALTHY

WASHINGTON, July 8.
Estimates that wealth distribution taxes could be levied to raise from 108,000,000 to 901,500,000 dollars annually have been submitted to Congress by Mr. H. W. Morganthau, Secretary to the Treasury.
