THE HAMILTON CUP
The Hamilton Cup competition was continued last Sunday, Levin meeting Otaki and Foxton playing Shannon. The results of the Levin-Otaki game are as follows, Levin players mentioned flrst in each instance:—W. G. Clark beat W. D'Ath; E. W. Clark beat J. D'Ath; R. Webb halved with W. H. Wills; H. Bull halved with K. St. George; C. R. Hosie lost to E: Anderson; T. Tuohy beat W. Jepson; W. G. Phillips beat N. Benge; E. T. Miller beat D. Wilkinson; V. G. Astley beat Galloway; J. M. Brown lost to J. D. Brown;-W. Bull lost to W. Morton: R. A. Fredricksen halved with T. Harper. Levin, 6; Otaki, 3; three games all square.
Shannon won from Foxton by 7J games to 4£.
The cup points now are:—Levin 67, Shannon 60. Otaki 46, Foxton 19.
