OIL WELLS IN ENGLAND.

Oil wells are being opened in Southern England. Drilling machines used are of the most modern type. Examples will shortly be seen at Worth, Sussex, one of the most promising of the1 British oil locations. The geological formation there is similar to that in Hanover, from' which Germany has obtained much of her oil supplies.
