If they have benefited from the visits of the Indian players they did not put their knowledge into practice on Saturday. Of the three games played at Naenae the brightest exhibition was provided by Huia and Hutt. The former team had a general advantage and won'by a safe margin. In scrappy games Wellington beat Technical and Wesley accounted lor University. Karori A and -Karon B were evenly matched, the game resulting in a draw.
