THE POTATO MARKET.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 5. The potato market remains much where it did except that speculators have made the market move forward a little. Quotations range from £6 5s to £6 10s f.0.b., but there appears to be little real business going on. Farmers continue to hold, in the expectation, apparently, that there will eventually be an outlet to Australia, and lots of any size are hard to buy. lJ
