ABYSSINIAN ARMY STRENGTH.
(Received July 1, 9.30 a.na.) PARIS, June 30. "Italy is deceiving herself if she hopes to obtain a mandate in Abys--sinia," the Emperor told the Addis Ababa correspondent of "Le Matin." He added that even if some day Abyssinia was under a mandate, it would not be Italy which would be the mandatory Power. The War Minister said that the Abys> - sinian army had' a strength of 350,000, and it would be possible to mobilise nearly 1,000,000 in from fifteen to thirty , days. .
