WASHINGTON, June 26.
President Roosevelt created by executive order today a National Youth Administration with an appropriation of 50,000,000 dollars, which will be spent to assist 500,000 needy youths to obtain a good start in life, '
Its objects include the finding of private employment,' training for industrial, technical, and professional employment, assistance for continuation at high schools and colleges, and work relief projects. ■ ,
