PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
The Wellington Wrestling Association has arranged a bout for next Monday night between Glenn Wade, a new arrival in New • Zealand, and Al.: Pereira. Wade has had two matches recently, one in Wellington and the Other in Christchurch, and on both occasions his opponent was Kruskamp. The Wellington match ended suddenly when Kruskamp incapacitated him-! sell, and in Christchurch they wrestled: a draw fn both matches Wade showed: that his ability is outstanding, and Wellington enthusiasts can rely on witnessing some first-class wrestling Pereira has always given the public good value for their money, and this year is more formidable than aver. His weight has increased to more than 18st, and he seems to have lost none of his speed and dash. A good programme of amateur preliminaries has been arranged.
