PARADE AT AUCKLAND

(By Telegraph—Press xVssociation.)

AUCKLAND, This Day.

The Governor-General, Lord Galway, took the salute at a parade in the Domain this morning of representative units of the Navy, Army, and Air Force. The form of parade ' was necessarily similar to that of the King's Jubilee parade four weeks ago which set a new standard, but it did not suffer by comparison, even though the number participating was somewhat less. The weather was beautifully sunny, and there was a large attendance of the public, which for a brief period became actors, as while the Royal salute was fired they stood motionless facing the troops and later at the Governor-General's call gave three cheers for the King.
