The Canterbury Park Trotting Club's Winter Meeting was held today In perfect weather. Tho track was rather heavy early, but Improved late In the day. The attendance was up to the average. The totalisator Investments were £12,698 10s, compared with £8893 10s on the corresponding day last year. Results:— •

With half a mllo covered, Cloudy Range and Maßter Roy led from Vesuvius, R»y4us, Trampfast, Gold Tinge, Wrecker, and Taxpayer. Vesuvius took command going down the back and led past the stands from Cloudy Range, Gold Tinge, Master Roy, Raydus, and Taspayer. Gold Tinge went to the front going along the bock and led into tho straight from Taxpayer Vesuvius, Master Roy; and Craganour. Taxpayer finished well tfnd won by a length from Mountain Dell, Craganour ft neck away and Muster Roy fourth. Times: 4inin 41 2-sscc, 4mln 36 2-ssec, 4min 41 4-ssee.
