Brimble, trainer of the leading South Australian hurdler Bumburnie, was surprised to find that the gelding had been taken away from his stables by motorrfloat. L. F. McKenzie, who attended the races with Brimble, had a lease of Bumburnie which expired on the previous day, but it was understood that there was a, clause which gave him the right of removal.
